From the first call to the installation of shutters, Louverwise service was flawless. Very professional people. And the shutters itself, amazing. Initially I found it expensive but I didn't know how much shutters would cost given the sizes I needed. But in any case, it is worth it. Aside from the professional service, the quality of the shutters are A-grade - from the color to the texture and heft. Adjustment of the slats come very smoothly. The shutters also very effectively keep out heat. I leave my windows closed because of tremendous dust and before the shutters, when I come home at night I notice the residual heat trapped in my condo. After the shutters were installed, it was noticeably cool even now that it is summer. I also noticed that sounds outside have been reduced to muffled level. I didn't imagine the shutters would have this effect. Now I sleep soundly because of no outside light and drastically reduced noise. I love my shutters! It's functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. My condo now looks "manicured". If you are looking for shutters, I highly recommend Louverwise. Impeccable service, high quality product and the staff go the extra mile. I am dreaming of buying a home, as in house & lot and when I do, I will go with Louverwise again. No second thoughts.
